Preventing burnout
The hardest truth:Β Most projects die from abandonment, not technical failure. The code problems are solvable. The burnout is what kills you.
Set your hours. Say no to feature creep. Respond within 48 hours but not instantly. Take a week off every quarter. Celebrate every win, even small ones.
You're going to want to quit at least once. That's normal. The question is whether you keep going after that.
